Yes, now you can paddle-shift in a BMW X5 or X3 as well. This retrofit requires the BMW M3 SMG wheel and my DIY kit to work perfectly. The SMG wheel is already equipped with paddles and only available in M-color stitching and titanium shadow trim. Black trim can be ordered as well.

This retrofit is fully compatible with:

• Euro and US specs BMW.
• E53 X5 3.0i, 3.0d, 4.4i, 4.6is, 4.8is* from 1999 through present.
• E83 X3 2.5i, 3.0d, 3.0i from 2004 through present.

*Note: BMW has offered three different airbags for your X5 or X3. This SMG kit/set requires the sport airbag. If you have the non-sport or sport facelifted airbag, you will be required to purchase the sport airbag.
