All prices are shown in US dollars. Prices are subject to change at
anytime without prior notice. Prices under the Payment Center include
shipping and handling charges. Special orders must be paid in full in
advance and will be non-refundable.
Stock
SMG paddle-shift set are almost always in stock for immediate delivery.
SSG paddle-shift sets are special order items and will take about 5
days to complete and be ready to ship out.
Refunds
No refunds if orders are shipped. If payment are received but not shipped,
15% restocking fee applies.
Shipping
All items will be shipped UPS ground or FedEx Ground (for US domesitc)
or FedEx Express (US domestic and International).
Warranty
VS Engineering warranty covers the paddle-shift retrofit kit, any modifications
made by the company and any steering wheels sold through the company for
up to 2 years. The VS paddle-shift wire harness has a life-time warranty.
Each kit sold is customized for that BMW model only. We reserve the right
to void warranty should there be any attempt to retrofit the kit in a
different BMW model other than the intended model. Should the wire harness
fail, email us with the serial number and it will be replaced at no charge.
The warranty exludes: installation work done by a third party, mishandling
of retrofit kit, damages resulting from further modifications of the wheel
or the kit, damages resulting from incompatibility with other wheels not
sold through us, etc. If you have any questions, please email

Security & Privacy
We do not believe in recording your credit card information over email
or through a phone call. All transactions are done through PayPal, Money
Order or Bank Transfer.
Instructional Manual
We only provide one paper copy in every kit. No digital copies are provided. It is the customer's responsibility to keep the paper copy.
